Tracy has come from a sales background of over 30 years, including running her own business and more than 15 years of real estate experience, achieving an extensive depth of knowledge. Clear open lines of communication and a high level of client experience is of the utmost importance, also assisting you with achieving your future goals and dreams.

Chris has been working in the land development industry for 18 years specialising in surveying and design. He has been involved in a number of large-scale development projects and continues to bring new ideas. He strives to develop quality subdivisions and thought-out design while working closely and effectively with construction teams, consultants and councils.

Sean comes from a civil engineering consulting background with 10 years of local experience in residential and commercial land development. Specialising in 3D civil design, preparation of drawings, construction supervision, contract management and transparent and concise communication between external parties. Sean utilises his extensive knowledge of local council requirements to ensure a streamlined process from preliminary design and planning, through to completion.
